The Avra restaurant specializes in Adriatic seafood, offering dishes like lobster risotto with saffron and freshly-caught sea bass. The restaurant provides catering services on the islands and at any other suitable location in the Bay of Kotor. Guests can start with fresh oysters or gnocchi stuffed with prawns in shrimp sauce. The Conte Platter is served with Vranac red wine, followed by Perast Torta. The Taverna has stone terraces shaded by pines and white parasols. A Nobu pop-up, opened by Robert de Niro, features Japanese-Peruvian fusion cuisine. Special events include pairing food and wine with guest chefs and winemakers. Music is allowed in all halls and terraces until 00:00h.
Leisure and activities
The Aman Spa, backed by pinewoods in a secluded bay, includes an indoor pool. The spa focuses on movement, relaxation, nutrition, and custom-made products using local herbs, olive oil, and honey. Boat tours of Kotor Bay are available, as well as speedboat tours. The hotel offers boat transfers to Our Lady of the Rocks islet and excursions such as a day with a local fisherman, wine tasting trips, and rafting down the Tara Canyon. Other trips allow guests to discover attractions of Montenegro.
