sandy beach fresh food excellent service poor cleanliness mouldy bathroom ineffective shower
The location near the sandy beach was excellent. The food tasted fresh. I also found the service excellent. Shushma, a member of the restaurant staff, provided good service. She was kind. The management team cooperated well. I enjoyed the drinks from the pool bar very much.
I was a bit disappointed. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was poor. The carpeted area was disgusting.. I think they may be getting new carpet. The room had mouldy, dated bathrooms. The shower screen was ineffective, resulting in a soaked bathroom floor each time.

The food quality was very disappointing. I found the buffet options repetitive and not very appetizing. the room cleaning was inconsistent.
