I loved the full english breakfast. It was lovingly prepared and quite delicious! the staff was friendly and helpful. what a bonus. The location was ideal. i was so close to everything i needed!

the room was very clean, a standard i expect.

The television remote did not work. I found this unacceptable and inconvenient, i expected it to be in perfect working order, this oversight needs addressing immediately.

I found a couple of things disappointing. The room felt quite cold upon arrival. The bathroom tiling was dated, with less-than-ideal grouting (it definitely needed some attention).

a good stay

warm welcome clean hotel

i received a very warm welcome. the hotel appear very clean and comfy. they had lovely bedding and plenty of toiletries were provided, it was nice.

the website look amazing but my room wasn't in the main building. it was near the car park and a bit noisy since it was next to the road, it could use some work.

helpful host clean room comfy bed

the room was exactly as shown in the photos, which i appreciated. the host was really helpful and the bed was very comfortable. i slept soundly after a long day (it was nice to just relax).

the tea selection in the room could have been wider.
