The television remote did not work. I found this unacceptable and inconvenient, i expected it to be in perfect working order, this oversight needs addressing immediately.

I found a couple of things disappointing. The room felt quite cold upon arrival. The bathroom tiling was dated, with less-than-ideal grouting (it definitely needed some attention).

i received a very warm welcome. the hotel appear very clean and comfy. they had lovely bedding and plenty of toiletries were provided, it was nice.

the website look amazing but my room wasn't in the main building. it was near the car park and a bit noisy since it was next to the road, it could use some work.

a fridge in the room was very helpful for food. i also like the storage space for clothing. there was a smart-tv that provide entertainment in the evenings, i like that.

the staff are friendly and accommodating. they respond to questions quickly, it was good. i saw a booklet with information on things to do nearby and it help me to plan things to do.

the room was exactly as shown in the photos, which i appreciated. the host was really helpful and the bed was very comfortable. i slept soundly after a long day (it was nice to just relax).
