i found the staff helpful and friendly. the breakfast buffet included tasty smoked meats and varied options. our room on the fourth floor overlooked the river and provided a quiet atmosphere i really liked it.

i arrived after a long overnight bus ride. the staff greeted me SO kindly and stored my luggage. they even offered suggestions and directions for things i could do. the room was impeccably clean with a wonderful view. i will be returning!

the reception operated 24 hours a day. i found the superior room very spacious with a small work area. it included a spacious shower, and i liked that all clean. the staff all spoke english well
The safe box was located on the floor inside the cabinet. it was difficult to operate without bending over. That was uncomfortable. the curtain in my room could not be fully closed. street lights brightened the room all night, not ideal

The staff was kind. I got upgraded because of ongoing work on other levels. The room was large. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was very rich.
The street outside is very noisy. There is heavy car traffic even at night. Sleeping with the window open is not possible.
