fantastic Stay Experience
wide range coffee latte
I enjoyed the provided breakfast buffet. It included a great choice of items. good coffee. There was also a coffee latte machine available for use. The baking selection was plentiful, and i found a wide range of fruit (it had everything i needed).
The room is older than expected. I think it could have been a bit cleaner. Even when i asked for the room to be cleaned, it still felt not very clean. Maybe the building is old (or that specific room), the outdated floor tiles did not help the bathroom and room look good.

The hotel had a fantastic location with walking distance to everything (i could easily reach all the main attractions). Its central location also meant that i could easily access restaurants and shops. Public transport options were also conveniently nearby.

The staff provided excellent service and were helpful before arrival (they were very accommodating). They continued to assist me throughout my stay, ensuring all my needs were met.

unhelpful staff no manager
Location was central enough. It allowed walking to destinations. The area was quiet at night.
The staff seemed unhelpful. There was no presence of a manager. I requested a drink at reception, but the receptionist refused. The receptionist said he lacked permission to serve with the restaurant open.

The location is prime. It allowed easy access to everything i wanted to see. the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, including gluten-free options, which i really appreciate. the friendly staff was always ready to help, made such a difference!
The gym was a little smaller than i expected. It would benefit from a few more equipment options.

I really liked the breakfast, as it had a good variety of options. The receptionist was helpful and managed to accommodate our room request.
The hotel room felt somewhat outdated. I think a deeper cleaning could improve the overall impression of cleanliness.

classic style friendly staff member comfortable bed outdated floor room cleanliness old bathroom
the hotel had a beautiful classic style i found every staff member to be friendly. communication was easy and i appreciated the danish-swedish interaction. the bed was particularly comfortable that was important to me.
the room felt old maybe because of the outdated floor tiles. i noticed it needed more cleaning even after i requested it. the bathroom did not look good probably also because it was old and outdated.
