i found the front desk staff friendly. bjorka, erietti, and stefano enhanced my visit. stefano arranged all my transportation, and bjorka provided excellent dining recommendations. erietti used her connections to secure a reservation at a popular restaurant.

Excellent Hotel Experience

friendly staff smooth transport spacious room

The staff were very friendly and helpful . I arranged transport from the hotel to the airport through them, and it was a smooth experience. The room was spacious and clean. The air conditioning also kept it cool. I found numerous restaurants and a supermarket conveniently located nearby.

The breakfast choices felt very limited to me. I also observed that the surrounding area seemed rough. I did not encounter hot water for showers for a day and a half. I believe the hotel is closer to a lower 3-star rather than the advertised 4-star rating.

The personnel demonstrated consistent kindness and a willingness to assist with inquiries. Transportation arrangements were handled efficiently. Staff members were available around the clock to address any needs or concerns I had.

The breakfast had issues! The variety felt quite limited, and some items ran out early. I also found the street the hotel is on to be somewhat rough. i noticed quite a bit of graffiti. it did not feel like a 4-star hotel.

i found the staff consistently helpful, especially with directions. my room had effective air conditioning, a welcome relief after exploring all day. the bed was firm, and i slept well each night. i also appreciated the black-out curtains.

the bathroom was rather small, with limited counter space for toiletries.

Modern Hotel with Great Staff

kind staff spacious room clean room

I found the staff kind and helpful. They were really good by offering assistance. The rooms are spacious and always clean. I also appreciated the playful decor of the room. It was a nice touch .

The bath took a long time to fill. It seemed like the faucet had issues. There was a smell in the entire room. I had to use towels to wipe the constantly wet floor.
