Decent stay with some disappointments

uncovered food slow bar service

The room was clean and quite spacious. (I found the bed very comfortable).

The main restaurant had birds flying around freely. They pecked at uncovered food like bread and pastries. This felt unhygienic. The bar service was also slow. It often took a long time to get drinks after ordering.

Wonderful Adult-Only Getaway

friendly staff really good food water sports

All staff members displayed friendliness and knowledge. They ensured every guest enjoyed full use of available facilities. The food offered was really good. Each meal felt special. The variety of water sports with capable instructors proved very good.

The east location can be pretty windy. The distance from other island attractions is noticeable.

clean room amazing view attentive staff

the room was consistently clean. it was always fully equipped. the views were amazing. the staff were very helpful with all our needs, offering attentiveness.

the evening bar service was quite slow, resulting in longer wait times for drinks. this was a small inconvenience .

spacious room gluten-free options faulty keycard few loungers

The room was spacious (i loved the separate seating area). the food choice was also excellent. I especially enjoyed the variety of wines. i found the salad bar to be a highlight, and i appreciated the wide range of gluten- and dairy-free options.

i found it difficult to get my key card to work. i had to return to reception after i was locked out of my room. there were not enough sun loungers by the beach.

the staff was friendly and happy to help.

the bathroom also seemed unclean with dirty grout and limescale on the shower fittings. the beach had lots of seaweed, this was not cleared away often enough.
