My Heartfelt Times Square Retreat

this is my second time i stayed at club quarters, and i plan to always choose this hotel brand when possible. the customer service is excellent always. the facilities feel cozy. the subway is only a short walk away. i thank raquel, who did extra to.

i found this place very clean. it had a great location near everything. staff members were excellent. refillable water bottles are available. i could access coffee, tea, and seltzer water 24/7 in the beautiful lobby area.
the absence of a refrigerator and a safe box in my room posed a minor inconvenience.

I noticed the room size was a bit small for the price. It was still manageable, but I would have preferred more space.

the location was super convenient for exploring nearby attractions the staff was genuinely helpful with directions and recommendations the hotel had a water bottle station on each floor which was a great feature i appreciated that touch.
the room felt a bit small compared to what i expected from the website there was painter's tape still on a ceiling light which i found odd my room was on the second floor and the window unit for heating or cooling made quite a bit of noise.

check-in was quick. The staff was friendly! the room featured a modern design and was quite clean. the wifi connection was fast. i could stream movies to the flat screen tv in my room. the hotel's location made access to theater district simple.
The room lacked natural light. The window faced a wall and it was quite dark.
