the location was undeniably convenient. i could easily walk to major attractions. the staff was helpful with directions. starbucks was close by, very convenient for my morning coffee runs.
That was a minor inconvenience.

The location is prime. I was steps from major attractions. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help with directions. I really appreciated the complimentary water and the fridge in the room (very helpful for storing snacks).
The room size was a bit smaller than I anticipated. I found it a little tight, especially with luggage. I wish there had been more space to move around comfortably.

The hotel offered luggage storage before check-in and after check-out, a great help. There is an ice machine on every floor, a nice convenience. A starbucks is connected to the hotel, accessible via a dedicated door.

the location is very convenient. i appreciated its proximity to several tourist attractions and transportation options. the staff were helpful and eager to assist. the bed was comfortable and i got good rest.
i had to carry my luggage to the ninth floor. the thermostat did not work in my tiny room. It was uncomfortably warm .

The location is excellent with easy access to the metro and many nearby attractions. The staff were helpful and friendly. This created a very cute atmosphere. I appreciated the convenience of leaving my luggage after checkout because of my late flight. The hotel also has great quality wi-fi.
