Check-in closes at 23:00, so arriving at that time should allow for check-in. It's recommended to plan accordingly.
I've read that there are numerous steps leading to reception. Is it feasible to reach it with luggage? Is assistance available?

There are approximately 50 wide steps from the street to the entrance, and it is possible to carry luggage down. Staff are available to assist if needed.
