enjoyable stay

great location comfortable bed

the hotel location is great and the parking garage is right under the hotel. i received a very warm welcome from the receptionist, and she spoke perfect english. she explained how i could find the underground car park. our bed was comfortable.

i received half board rates with a room upgrade, but the evening meal was bad. it included cheap escalope and also a chinese spring roll with mashed potatoes. there was no greeter, and no service for any drinks.

the restaurant staff was helpful and friendly, and the receptionist was friendly. she gave information about how to find the pre-booked underground car park. the staff was awake to open the door for me at 3 am.

The rooms were immaculate and everything seemed new and clean. It really looks great. the hotel included a sauna on site, awesome for some relaxation. the bed was comfortable after some long days.

The hotel offered very good breakfast and included supper. the food was delicious, and coffee and tea was always available. parking was behind the hotel and was free. This is so great.

The breakfast area was too busy at 7:00 am. They only had one coffee machine, a serious problem. I also found the street noise made sleeping difficult because blackout curtains were absent. It was anoying.

The receptionist gave a very warm welcome. she spoke perfect english. she explained where the underground car park was and we pre-booked it. she told us about mealtimes. They included a delicious evening buffet. this meal was easily enough.

the beds could use an upgrade! and the extra bed for my child wasn't comfortable! also, the family room was a handicapped room.
