they offered help . the room and bathroom had really good cleanliness. both were large.. underfloor heating existed in the bathroom.
the 'family room' we booked was a small room at the end of the hotel. the corridor in this part of the hotel had different doors and carpet when compared to the rest of the hotel, so i was like i arrived in 3rd class. there were only two cups and two glasses, despite this being a family room for five people.

I enjoyed the proximity to walking trails near a lake. the staff was genuinely helpful, giving directions. the complimentary airport shuttle was really convenient. the breakfast had many choices. I found the selection excellent!
The room lacked tea and coffee making facilities. I would have appreciated a kettle. i prefer to. also, i found parking expensive.

The hotel features a gym area! i noticed three treadmills and two stationary bikes. I found the equipment to be in good condition. there are also games in the bar. I did not use them.

The breakfast is ready at 4am with early flights. I considered this a very considerate feature. the breakfast buffet included a wide array of options. it was plentiful even during peak hours. I was able to find a seat easily.

The staff was friendly! the reception desk has a limited number of staff. however, the wait to check in was not unreasonable. i received quick and efficient service. I really liked this.

I was disappointed with a few things. the lack of tea bags in the room was a letdown (i really wanted a cup of tea). also, i noticed a thick layer of dirt under the sofa and bed. It seemed those areas hadn't been cleaned properly. it really affected my perception of the room's cleanliness.
