the staff offered prompt service and attended to requests promptly.

the bed was not comfortable, i found no shower gel or shampoo in the room. also, the cleanliness was not up to par, it requires improvement. these issues affected my stay negatively.

The room was basic. but clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. i had a lovely hot shower! the hotel has a perfect location if you are going to the stadium.

There was no plug in the sink in the bathroom. this was an inconvenience. And could easily be solved.
