friendly staff rooftop bar city views
The staff were friendly and helpful . I especially want to mention Pau at reception and Ritchie at the pool bar. The rooftop bar offered great city views (I could see everything!).

friendly staff convenient spot helpful personnel accessible location
I stayed here because of the friendly staff. The front desk personnel were helpful and polite. The hotel is in a convenient spot near restaurants and transportation. I found the location to be very accessible to different places.
The elevators were sometimes full on the lower levels, especially during breakfast time. I suggest getting a room on one of the upper floors.

The breakfast buffet had a good variety and the staff was friendly. A chef made my omelette as soon as i arrived. The rooftop terrace had a happy hour, very enjoyable.

The hotel is centrally located and near restaurants and cafes. Greenbelt malls are only a twenty minute walk away. Makati avenue has plenty of cafes and restaurants.

The room had complete amenities and comfortable beds. Netflix was available on tv with updated programs. Housekeeping staff were friendly and efficient. They changed the sheets after a three day stay.

The rooftop had a pool and music played in the evening. I found it fun even just to spend time there. The gym contains equipment for bench presses pull-ups and deadlifts.

The staff were very accommodating and polite throughout the hotel. The hotel personnel were good and cute. They even prepared sandwiches with yogurt and bananas for my early morning departure.

attentive staff good breakfast
The check-in process was smooth and the staff was attentive. I stayed in a beautiful TWIN room. The air conditioning worked WELL. The room temperature was consistent. The housekeeping staff provided prompt service. Breakfast had good options for all tastes.

slow elevators scalding shower
The elevators were quite slow. only two elevators serve all guests, and the staff uses them as well. it sometimes took about twenty minutes to get to the lobby from my floor. also, the shower lacked cold water. It was scalding and dangerous.

the staff were always available and ready to help. i got upgraded to a bigger room! that was a great surprise. the gym had good equipment. it was possibly the best hotel gym in that area. the sauna was also functional and in good condition. it.

the restaurant offered a nice variety of food. the breakfast included several kinds of cheese. i also found good coffee. the bistro staff like jessa, queeny, and fhebie provided great service. it was very attentive, i was happy.
