staff WAS really supportive before AND during THE stay. i found the room comfortable AND received helpful arrival information. i liked the ipad control system IN the room , it seemed useful. the hotel's location IS near public transport options , like THE metro.

the ROOM felt quite SMALL, and there WAS limited space for luggage.

The location near the train station was acceptable.

My room felt quite cramped. There wasn't enough space for luggage, a real inconvenience. the tablet controlling the room features experienced technical glitches. This made adjusting lights and using the tv difficult, resulting in added frustration.

the location was convenient since it was near the train station. the staff were friendly. i also found the common area on the first floor to be quite spacious.

The heating was not working well. It was difficult to get the room to a comfortable temperature. also, the room was small. There was limited space for luggage.

i found the automatic check-in worked well. the staff were nice. it was very easy to reach from the train station. i enjoyed the quick access to transportation.

i think upkeep needs improve. i saw tears in the headboard. there were spots on the floor. the room showed age despite attempt at modern design.
