excellent location and friendly staff

perfect location friendly staff cleanliness

the hotel is in a perfect location for independent travellers. the bus stop is right across the street. the port is a short five-minute walk (very convenient). staff members are scrupulously clean, friendly, and helpful.

the elevator broke down on my last day. i had to carry my luggage down from the third floor.

The location provided easy access to the bus stop, a real convenience. the staff were genuinely helpful and friendly, a bright spot. air conditioning in the room worked well. It was a relief during the warmer hours.

the elevator was out of service one day, requiring me to carry luggage down from an upper floor.

cute staff small kitchenette central location

I found the staff to be very cute. My room had a small kitchenette. I found it good for preparing simple meals. The location is very central, it is close to shops and the bus station.

The bathroom in the room was somewhat small but it worked.
