unhelpful staff poor air conditioning

the location was good and it allowed easy access to nearby beaches.

The service was not great i found. some staff did not speak english well and seemed unwilling to assist us. the air conditioning in the room was very poor. It struggled to cool the space and made sleeping difficult. the breakfast selection wasn't great, too. There were not enough choices.
