slow check-inodd procedure

The check-in process was slow. The receptionist took a long time to complete the registration. It involved handing over my passport, and then he went away to laboriously photocopy it and paste the photos into another book (he even stopped for dinner during this!). It was all very odd and frustrating.

The location has many great restaurants nearby. I ate Asian and Indian food. The bed in my room was firm. The hotel arranged a driver for local trips, and it was a fantastic service.

The lift was very small. It felt compressed with luggage.

The location is AMAZING. It is a short walk from the sea and Churchgate station. I enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff. The complimentary bedtime setup with four full beds provided plenty of space for luggage.

The lift was small. It felt cramped for three people with bags.

the location was good, near many attractions.

The air conditioning in my room did not work properly, it was quite uncomfortable. i had to switch rooms, though the second room was not the beautiful room i had paid for. the shower head was also clogged. Only a few jets worked, and the water flow was inconsistent.
