Chalet-Hotel Neige et Roc, The Originals Relais features 48 rooms. The hotel includes 34 bedrooms, with 12 Superior Rooms, 4 triple rooms, 6 superior corner rooms in the south, 2 Luxury Suites and 3 Junior Suites as well as 14 studios with kitchenette, rent weekly. Superior rooms and superior corner rooms have a surface area of 22 m2. Junior Suites range from 31 to 50 m² and have two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with twin beds. Luxury suites have a surface area of 45 m2. Double rooms are decorated in the Savoie style. Twin rooms are equipped with two single beds. Triple rooms include a double bed and a single bed (for a child). In-room amenities include free Wi-Fi, mountain views, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom with free toiletries and a hairdryer. Gourmet restaurant
The hotel offers a restaurant with home-made dishes, made from local produce and wines selected by Olivier. The menu is updated regularly according to the season. Dishes include perch, trout, Arctic char, and crayfish. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free meals are available, including gluten-free breads for breakfast and dinner. Françoise and Olivier welcome guests in the dining room, which features wood and stone décor and disabled access.
Leisure facilities
The hotel has two heated pools (28°C), one outside (open in summer) and one inside (open year-round), both with jets. Guests can use the jacuzzi, Turkish baths, sauna, gym, tennis court, and pétanque ground. An in-house trainer runs exercise sessions such as Pilates and Nordic walking. Children can enjoy a one-hectare park with a slide, swings, and a chalet with a games room.

The Neige et Roc is located 900 m from the Grand Massif Express gondola lift, which takes you to Samoëns 1600 and the Grand Massif ski slopes in 8 minutes. The hotel is at the departure of cycling routes, including the Col de Joux Plane from the Tour de France. In summer, activities include hiking, rafting, canyoning, via ferrata, mountain biking, and paragliding. The hotel is 2.5 km from Cascade Du Nant D'ant and 1.5 km from Jaysinia Alpine Botanical Gardens.
