Nestled at the foot of the Dents du Midi and Dents Blanches, the Hotel National Resort provides access to the Portes du Soleil ski area via a 3-minute ride on the Champéry cable car, the Grand-Paradis chairlift (10 min), or the Kids Club (5 min). The area provides hiking trails of varying difficulty in the Dents du Midi and Dents Blanches natural reserves. In summer, the Portes du Soleil turns into a mountain biking area with marked trails. Sion Airport is 65 km away. The hotel provides a driver for transport to the cable car.
