convenient location amazing view damp smell cramped room
The location was very convenient! The hotel is close to the town center and many restaurants. The rooftop terrace has amazing views. I could watch the balloons each morning.
The family room felt very cramped. There was also a noticeable damp smell. Housekeeping made the beds daily. They did not empty the rubbish bins, though.

Okay experience with some issues
great location rooftop terrace breakfast buffet unfriendly staff no air conditioning mold smell
i admired the location it was near stores and restaurants. the rooftop terrace had a view of the town i found amazing. breakfast included varied options and i enjoyed it.
the staff was not always friendly or helpful i noticed. my room did not have air conditioning only a fan. the bathroom smelled of mold i did not like it.

visible mold dirty pool
the breakfast buffet met my expectations, with options i expect at a hotel.
I must report the room was not adequately cleaned, resulting in an unacceptable level of dirtiness. mold was present in multiple areas, a serious concern that affected my comfort. the swimming pool was also quite dirty. The water looked green, so i could not utilize it.

i found nice views from the terrace. breakfast was delicious. the staff were really friendly.
the family room was cramped and had a horrible damp smell.
