The resort is close to the airport. The speed boat transfer was fast. We stayed in an overwater villa, the view made EACH day. There was a good variety of food during the week. The staff members were kind.
I found a dirty beach towel. It had many marks. I had to search for 15 minutes to find someone to get a clean one. This was not convenient.

the staff was friendly!
The room was just ok. It could use some updating. the stairs that led down into the water were unstable. the all-inclusive package felt misleading. there were many exclusions, and everything shut down by 11pm

I found the staff very helpful. the bar and restaurant staff were very helpful in sorting out food for my daughter who is gluten free and vegetarian. The food was delicious in the varied restaurants. housekeeping always made up our room and made sure we had everything i needed.
the coral reefs were not very excellent. if you love diving and snorkeling, you may be disappointed. i saw very few fish around the resort, and most of the corals seemed dead, a pity!

the overwater villa included a super comfortable bed and a welcome design. the island was clean and the villa was kept very clean. the toilet and shower room were big and spacious.

The island is tiny. It takes only about 10 minutes to walk from one end to the other. the transfer from the airport took just a short 20 minutes by boat! it made the journey very convenient and quick.

There are italian, thai, and arabic food restaurants providing a la carte options. i enjoyed the food. There is a wide selection. the resort also offered plenty of free daily activities like yoga, beach parties, and movie nights

all the staff members were very friendly, keen to please, and constantly smiling. the staff always took time for a chat and inquired about your needs. they were very approachable and gladly mixed things out of the menu to fit my wishes!

I was honestly pretty frustrated with a few things . the all-inclusive package isn't all-inclusive. It has countless restrictions. i had to constantly ask about what was included, made relaxing difficult. also, the constant tanker traffic disrupted the view a bit.

The snorkeling was amazing. There was plenty of fish and reef life. the food was also good with variety. I tried the thai, italian, and buffet restaurants, and they were all good. the staff was friendly and helpful. the scenery is beautiful.
I wouldn't recommend the overwater beautiful bure with the outdoor tub. It offered zero privacy. we had room 313. it had privacy for snorkeling straight onto a beautiful reef.

i stayed in an overwater villa. it was gorgeous! it was thoughtfully designed with lots of details. the sea life is plentiful just steps away from your room.

the facilities were beautifully planned from the groomed nature to the pools and bars. the resort has a good gym and a pool room. everything is perfectly maintained. there is plenty of entertainment throughout the day and evenings.
