the staff was very helpful! they gave me great recommendations for local restaurants. the breakfast was fantastic and the breakfast staff could not be nicer. all the staff were very friendly, including reception and bar staff.

The gym is very small with hardly any equipment. the spa is a small pool with a stone cold jacuzzi without bubbles. the ambience is strange with bright lights and strange decoration. Also no one was working in the spa area, so i had to find towels myself.

the location near the metro station was acceptable for my needs the station is very convenient for airport access

the gym was disappointing it had limited equipment i also found the spa underwhelming the jacuzzi lacked bubbles and the general atmosphere felt off i expected more from a hotel of this supposed caliber
