The location was perfect, right on gran via. The short subway to attractions was very useful. the room was spacious with an amazing shower. i did appreciate the cleanliness and helpfulness of all staff.

The absence of robes in the room felt inconvenient. Particularly given the cost of spa entry, it seemed a bit much. i had expected this service to be included.
