mixed experience with some notable issues
the room i received was not what i booked. it was significantly smaller than the promised 25 square meters. also, a female staff member displayed rude behavior while assisting me with a room change.

excellent location friendly staff
The location was excellent near many shops. The breakfast had lots of options. I appreciated how clean the rooms were. The staff were friendly. ALL VERY helpful.

prime location clean room rooftop pool helpful staff
the hotel location on gran via was prime. rooms were clean and well-kept. the rooftop pool and bar provided amazing city views. i found the staff consistently friendly and helpful.
i noticed that soundproofing could be slightly improved as i occasionally heard noise from the hallway.

decent stay in the city center
amazing location super shower good size expensive price limited daylight privacy issue
The room was a good size, including the bathroom. The shower was super. The location was amazing and the view proved fantastic. The rooftop is a great plus.
Our room looked to the courtyard. People walking in front of the window compromised our privacy. There was no daylight in the room because we kept the curtains closed. the price was very expensive.

the location of the building was convenient.
during my stay, i noticed that the cleaning was not thorough enough. empty chip bags were left unremoved and side tables remained untouched.

excellent gran via experience
spacious room helpful staff
The location was perfect, right on gran via. The short subway to attractions was very useful. the room was spacious with an amazing shower. i did appreciate the cleanliness and helpfulness of all staff.
The absence of robes in the room felt inconvenient. Particularly given the cost of spa entry, it seemed a bit much. i had expected this service to be included.
