Average stay with notable issues

clean roomlate check-out feepoorly assembled shower
the room was clean, which i appreciated.
I was charged for a late check-out, even though i left only two hours past the stated time it felt unreasonable. the shower hose was not properly assembled. It took up most of the cubicle. the lack of attentiveness to these details was frustrating.
