dusty room minimal cleaning

the front office personnel, bezza, was courteous and assisted with check-in. breakfast upstairs had enough food.

The room lacked proper cleaning, dust was everywhere. daily cleaning was minimal. music played loudly until late. It was hard to relax. the bathroom lacked separation from the room. I found it uncomfortable.
