Acceptable stay with some issues

The rooms had everything we needed.
The last day was VERY frustrating. Our door code was revoked at 10 am, and checkout was at 11 am. We were locked out. Luckily, a maid helped, otherwise, we would have been stranded. The front door code had also been changed, preventing us from getting back in to get our luggage. We almost missed our taxi.

The apartment was spacious. The shower had excellent water pressure, a nice feature. The breakfast offered a good selection. Leaving our luggage after check-out was possible and convenient. There was a shower room we could use after we checked out.
The door code was revoked before the stated check-out time. I was briefly locked out of the room. I managed to get my things, but the timing was still inconvenient.

The location is very near the beach. Many shops and restaurants are also close. The bus stop that goes to Palma is located nearby, offering convenient access to transportation if you don't want to rent a car.

The staff are helpful. Ana at reception is cute. The cleaning service is regular and thorough. These services contribute to a streamlined guest experience, something I value a lot when I travel with my kids.

the apartment was modern and clean. the digital door code entry was very convenient, eliminating the need for keys. i appreciated having access to two good pools. also, the location was excellent.
the door code was revoked at 10 am on the last day. checkout was at 11am, leaving me briefly locked out. it made the departure process slightly rushed.

The hotel is on the quieter side of the bay. this suited us. it remains within walking distance of all amenities and attractions. the location allows quick access to the beach and local shops. This was very convenient.

I really liked the pool being so close, it was super convenient. i found the location great. It was near the beach. the staff was always helpful and friendly. They assisted with all my questions.

the apartment was clean enough.
The noise was really bad. I could hear everything from the street below. also, the walls seemed thin. Every conversation from the neighboring apartments came right through. sleeping was difficult because of this constant disturbance.
