the hotel's location near restaurants made dining easy. the proximity to the city center, just 10 minutes away, was convenient. the staff demonstrated consistent kindness. the breakfast offered a great selection, and the service was very friendly.
the poolside area was somewhat crowded, it was sometimes difficult to find a sun lounger.

excellent locationwonderful visitshabby condition
the location is excellent right on the beach with several bars and restaurants nearby in case i wanted a change from the hotel. it is also a short taxi ride to the centre of palma, while still offering the calm of a beachside resort. the staff were really nice too ensure i had a wonderful visit..
i was a bit disappointed that the communal areas seemed worn. i noticed the hotel seemed somewhat shabby, and the rooms could benefit from some upgrades. i feel that the condition did not quite match my expectations for a four-star rating.
