Acceptable Stay but With Issues

elevator problem uncomfortable pillows

The hotel's location provided convenient access to transportation.

The elevator stopped working on my departure at 5 AM. The breakfast service disappointed me. I requested ice, but staff refused. Pillows proved uncomfortable and the bed felt too firm. I didn't get a good night's sleep.

friendly staff rooftop pool fresh fruit

i found the staff very friendly. the hotel had everything for a comfortable stay. breakfast was good (especially the fresh fruit) and the rooftop pool was a plus.

the elevator made a strange noise on occasion.

My Double Room Terrace offered a tranquil escape. Breakfast included fresh fruits, several breads, and coffee choices. The rooftop pool with its views made for special moments. I found the staff cute and ready to assist with any questions.

The breakfast choice was good. Richard prepared the eggs perfectly for me during breakfast. The hotel had a water dispenser on each floor. This saved me from buying bottled water. The staff was accommodating and friendly.

The pillows were not that great.

lovely staff water dispenser excellent building

the building shows such detail. maureen and the rest of the staff are lovely and are always ready to help. having a water dispenser on each floor was excellent it saved having to carry bottled water.

the breakfast cooked food was poor.

The location was great, providing easy access to buses and the ferry. It was convenient to get into the city. Many good local restaurants were within a 10 minutes walk. Maureen and her team were all great.

The steps were very steep , and they were plentiful inside and outside. This made carrying heavy bags impossible. The breakfast cooked food was poor. There were limited facilities within the room.

great view friendly team

i enjoyed the location, it was close to the ferry to valletta. there was also a bus stop nearby. the pool provided a lovely refresh on the hot days with a great view.

the steps are steep and plentiful both inside and outside the hotel. the breakfast cooked food was poor.
