The staff were kind and helpful. They always offered a warm welcome. They readily answered questions. The team were pretty good, notably when they arranged a fruit platter for my mother's birthday. Marty also helpfully parked the car after a late arrival. I appreciated this service.
The hotel room lacked a coffee maker. This absence was a minor inconvenience.

i was charmed by the staff's attentiveness. the room included a nespresso machine, perfect for my morning coffee. i found available parking a significant advantage. the hotel had a piano bar.
the minibar refrigerator did not function correctly. the hairdryer was not properly assembled, there was a missing attachment. i noticed a limited number of charging ports in the room.
