i found the bed so very comfortable, it seemed like sleeping on clouds. the balcony was pretty, a sweet spot for morning coffee. the staff had such kindness, always ready to help.
The rooms echo too easily. I could hear voices from other rooms, disturbing my rest.

The location was awesome. It was just a short walk to the railway station. tram access from the airport was super convenient at €1.70, with a quick 10-15 minute walk to the hotel. the staff were so friendly and helpful too!
the bathroom had a bad smell. i used air freshener, the odor persisted. we kept the window closed while sleeping! though we were on the 5th floor away from the street, the noise was still noticeable.

The hotel is very close to the train station. Travel was easy. The staff stored our luggage while we explored before check-in. My room was clean and spacious. I liked the allocation of my room during this visit.
The bathroom felt small for changing clothes. The toilet paper roll was in an awkward spot.

The room i got looked quite different from the pictures online. i booked what i thought would be a nice room with a view, but instead, there was no balcony and no view to speak of. the bathroom felt cramped. the toilet seat also had some stains. That wasn't great.

Ideal Location for Riviera Exploration

I appreciated the fridge inside the room. Room windows opened, with housekeeping services provided daily. The hotel's location is ideal. Nice-Ville station is approximately 200 meters away, simplifying trips to Eze, Antibes, Ventimiglia and Monaco. The hotel helped us book an airport transfer (very convenient).
The breakfast felt overpriced.
