The staff showed such kindness. monica was particularly helpful. She. the pool area was a peaceful escape, and the hotel location allowed us easy access to EVERYTHING.
the room could have used a little more care, as small issues like paint stains were visible. these didn't ruin the experience, but addressing them would elevate the stay.

the hotel is near the best beach. it is a short walk away. this made beach trips easy and enjoyable, especially during warmer days, and poniente beach offers the finest sands.

staff addressed the electric issue promptly. reception ensured minimal disruption to our comfort. the hotel team felt cute and responsive throughout our visit, they created a lovely atmosphere.

I appreciate I could leave my luggage because I had a late bus. It rained and I got wet. The manager let me use a room and have a shower. I put on fresh clothes to travel home. I will definitely stay here again.
The room looked not so great. There were terrible cracks in the walls. I hope the switches will be painted. Pillows were terrible too.

The hotel is on a clean, modern road. It faces a park. The beach is a long walk away. It takes at least twenty minutes, I think.

The food selection for breakfast and dinner was good. Plates are cold though. This makes the already lukewarm food even colder. I did not appreciate that.

Rooms get cleaned daily. There is a TV. Rooms are nice in general. I have no complains. I found the size adequate for my needs.
