jasmin at reception gave a very warm welcome! i got a double room, and it had a refrigerator, coffee, tea, an ironing board, and iron. housekeeping offered clean towels daily and replenished tea, coffee and milk.

car parking charges were a little more than advertised.

My bed was indeed comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful (a real asset to the hotel). I found the dining room to be very clean and modern. The breakfast choice was also excellent.

I noticed some minor wear on the furniture.

Jasmine at the reception was very accommodating to my requests upon arrival. The hotel is very central and convenient to the town centre. Plenty of shops, restaurants, and coffee houses were available nearby. The location is very convenient with a short drive to the motorway.

The floors were very squeaky. The doors and walls needed a thorough wipe down. I found this slightly inconvenient

The staff was friendly and helpful. i had an executive room and it had a fridge. That was useful. the location is convenient. It is close to the canal and town.

the lift was out of service when i was on the fifth floor. i told reception, but it was still the same on check out. the car parking charges were higher than advertised.

The dining room was very clean and modern I noticed. Breakfast choices were excellent. Staff seemed very friendly indeed.

The room had a small window. It is not really on the waterfront perhaps. I think you should avoid rooms on the fourth and fifth floors I heard someone saying as it is a maze to get there through an interconnecting bridge.

Check-in was easy upon my arrival. I came back later and slept. I checked out the next day. The room included tea and coffee making facilities. The location is very convenient as it is close to the town center. Parking is available at the hotel.

The steel key was needed a lot because the room key failed to work often.
