i found the staff very attentive and kind. the breakfast had good variety. The pool area was particularly nice and it had a small beach. I appreciated my rooms cleanliness.
the safe in my room did not work properly. i reported this, but it never got fixed. i had to carry valuables at all times, not ideal.

the hotel had a free shuttle to the city center, convenient.
The beds were uncomfortable. All three of us suffered because of that. the pool opened late and closed early, a disappointment. the reception staff were pleasant, but not particularly cute at all.

The pool was a highlight, and i loved the hotel's own beach. It was convenient. i appreciated the shuttle to the city center. the breakfast included modern outlets with usb a and usb c ports, very useful.
i noticed the toilet paper was not replenished daily, and tea and milk were also not consistently replaced.

the breakfast was great. i particularly enjoyed the variety of fresh fruit and pastries, it was a nice way to start the day. the hotel has a free shuttle to the town center, this saved on taxi fares and made getting around easier.
the ac in my room was not very effective. it struggled to keep the room cool, ESPECIALLY during the day. the walls seemed thin and i could hear noise from adjacent rooms, this disrupted my sleep a couple of times.
