Really good Stay in South Wales

warm welcomethoughtful designmodern amenityshower malfunction
I received a very warm welcome on arrival and the staff helped me with parking (a thoughtful touch). The hotel is stylish and well kept. The rooms have modern amenities and thoughtful design for comfort and convenience. It was genuinely one of the best hotel experiences I've had.
The overhead shower in my room was not functional, a minor inconvenience. The hotel offers dressing gowns, but the sizes available were limited. I hope they include larger sizes in the future.
Facilities
9/10
The bar is cozy and well-stocked with a range of beverages. There is also an outdoor patio space available, nice. The hotel also provides easy access to nearby footpaths.
Rooms
10/10
The bedroom was lovely, clean and modern, and it was also very quiet (despite being close to the main road). The bathroom included soft towels and quality toiletries. I slept well due to the comfortable bed.
