The food was excellent with a varied menu. Very friendly service was provided at all times. Comfortable beds are in every room. The pillows were also decent.

the hotel's location was ideal! it was a short walk from the train station, so convenient. the room had a very comfortable bed. breakfast offered a good choice of options too. the staff was very relaxed, i appreciated that.

Really good Stay in South Wales

I received a very warm welcome on arrival and the staff helped me with parking (a thoughtful touch). The hotel is stylish and well kept. The rooms have modern amenities and thoughtful design for comfort and convenience. It was genuinely one of the best hotel experiences I've had.

The overhead shower in my room was not functional, a minor inconvenience. The hotel offers dressing gowns, but the sizes available were limited. I hope they include larger sizes in the future.
