The reception staff was friendly. A welcome note and a gift were in my room. Free coffee was available all day. That was a nice perk. The hotel's location is central, near the shopping area and port.

My room was small. The blankets felt too hot for the season. Made sleeping difficult. I noticed a broken toilet flush.

I found the staff friendly and helpful. The room included a kettle plus coffee and tea making facilities. There was free access to chilled water, both still and sparkling, available all day. I received a welcome note and a small gift upon my arrival. It was a very nice personal touch.

The street where the hotel is is rather busy.
