amazing stay!

clean room gourmet food infinity pool

The room was very clean and the staff tried hard so we could enjoy our stay. the breakfast provided was really good. Gourmet food filled every dish! the spa was very nice with an infinity pool. it was amazing.

underwhelming experience

spa access poor hygiene

The tennis courts were a nice surprise. I found them empty .

I booked this hotel months ago and was surprised to find spa access wasn't included in the room rate. i was asked to pay extra or upgrade for a hefty fee.. this felt excessive for a spa resort. additionally, there were issues with hygiene in the spa waiting area. My husband encountered spiders and developed rashes, and the staff only offered apologies. i expected better cleanliness for the price paid.
