“The building whispers stories of Bulawayo's past, with its mahogany décor and gentleman's club air; its central spot puts the city's attractions within easy reach, like the Natural History Museum. I found its character compelling, blending old-world charm with modern needs, though street-facing rooms might catch some city noise. i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the rooms at the backside were also quiet, even though the hotel is in the busy city center.
The shower pressure was very bad. I noticed no music in the bar or restaurant. dull lighting in public areas also detracted from the ambiance.
