charmed by the great service

I was charmed by the really good service at the front desk. staff were polite and helpful. One even spoke fluent chinese! i especially liked the omelette chef during breakfast service. He was very friendly. the hotel had a variety of restaurants and shops. Pastries were good.

the manager fixed it with a small extra charge! this still left a bad impression, which i didn't appreciate.

Matsumoto station is accessible by foot within fifteen minutes. there are convenience stores nearby. I found many places for lunch and dinner close by. the front desk receptionists provided useful recommendations.

Breakfast was beyond my expectations. It was a delicious start. the sunny breakfast dining area was nice and the premier room was of a good size. the cafe area offered a delicious breakfast, and the staff was cute.
