The room included a dyson hairdryer and a record player with vinyls. That was a nice feature. our champagne suite offered comfortable beds and pillows. i appreciated the welcome cookies. i found the staff to be friendly and helpful.
the breakfast presentation felt basic, and some items ran out before closing time. the bread was gone by 10 a.m. though closing time was 11 a.m.

The grounds were beautiful. I enjoyed the gardens. Breakfast WAS great. The coffee was really good, too. The staff was super friendly. Everyone was helpful.
I found the pool to be quite small. There were maybe only ten loungers. The room with a terrace offered little privacy. It was divided from neighbors by just a plant.

i explored the area with visits to Épernay and Reims. my room was spacious and comfortable. the staff welcomed me warmly. dinner options abound within a short drive.
i noticed visible finishing errors throughout the renovated areas. the details did not quite match the expected five-star standards. a more thorough final touch would enhance the overall impression.

The hotel impressed me. Champagne greeted us in our room, and the staff where friendly. Dinner in the restaurant was great, and the garden provided space for relaxation. The hotel made my wedding anniversary special with thoughtful gifts and flowers.
The bathroom lack surface area for toiletries, and the shower design allows water to flood the floor.
