surprisingly charming stay
great sleep excellent location comfy bed
the staff were helpful. breakfast and evening meals tasted good. location is excellent. i appreciate the location, near the city center. the bed was comfy. i got great sleep. i would gladly recommend this hotel.
the television DO NOT work. i could not watch netflix. the hotel made EXCUSES about it.

secure parking excellent wine comfortable room
the concierge offered an umbrella when i arrived. they took our bags immediately. parking was secure and underground. the bar had a nice atmosphere and an excellent wine list. the rooms were supremely comfortable. the hotel is within walking distance of everything.

a gem in the heart
friendly greeting well equipped room clean feel comfortable bed
I had a very friendly greeting. the staff was warm. i found the rooms to be well equipped. everything had a clean feel. I discovered no issues at all. the experience matched my hopes and dreams. the beds were very comfortable!
the bar seemed to open in the afternoon. it had nothing to offer for a meal or even bar bites. there was no option for lunch.

Staff assistance was appreciate. Breakfast offered great variety and tasty options. The hotel location allowed simple access to local attractions. Valet parking was also very efficient. I used the spa and found it very relaxing. The hotel provided convenient access to city center which helped in exploring the city.
