the bed felt wonderfully soft. the assortment of tea, coffee, and chocolate biscuits in the room was a lovely surprise. the complimentary toiletries were a thoughtful touch. the ease of parking and the warmth of the environment.

I missed having breakfast available directly at the pub. It would be convenient.

The soundproofing was not great. I could hear noise from the pub downstairs quite clearly. also, the lack of breakfast options was really annoying. i needed to find a cafe nearby. there was NO lift either and lugging my suitcase up the stairs was a pain!

it is more like a pub with rooms , not a full hotel. breakfast or dining options were not available at the hotel.

the staff were so helpful. they really were pretty good too. the beds felt super comfy, it was like sleeping on a cloud, and we loved the great late check out time. the room had everything we needed.

we only noticed that there could be more mirrors in the room. it got a bit tricky when we were getting ready at the same time.

limited amenitiesevening noise

i booked what i thought was a hotel room, but it was more like a room above a pub. there weren't any options for breakfast or other meals offered. the noise from the pub carried upstairs, and it was difficult to relax in the evening. the lack of amenities beyond the room itself was a significant disappointment.
