Rooms and Suites

Breathtaker Hotel & Spa offers studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments, plus the Breathtaker Suite. Rooms include amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, tea and coffee facilities, sitting areas, dining tables, free toiletries, washing machines, dryers, cookware/kitchen utensils, electric kettles, and flat-screen TVs. Some suites feature balconies with mountain views, fireplaces, kitchenettes with stovetops, dining areas, and DVD players. Select suites have three king-sized beds, one bunk bed, and two pull-away beds.

Dining Choices

The Signature Restaurant provides dining with views of Bluff Spur and Mt Stirling, offering a kids menu, with dinner served from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM daily. Breathtaker Hotel & Spa's in-room dining menu is available with a selection of meals delivered to rooms; dial 9 from the apartment phone. The Loft Bar, exclusively for Breathtaker Club guests, is a cocktail bar with a pool table and offers bar snacks and charcuterie boards; happy hour is daily from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Pizzeria uses shaved ham, fresh market vegetables, and boutique small goods.

Leisure Facilities

Guests can use the spa center and wellness center, including a sauna, hot tub, and massage treatments. Breathtaker on High Spa offers spa rituals, massages, body exfoliations, and mud wraps. The spa includes a water experience area. The hotel has a games room and offers complimentary DVD hire. There is a mountain bike storage area and bike wash down area during Mt Buller event weekends and long weekends.

Breathtaker Hotel & Spa is located in Mt Buller, the closest ski resort to Melbourne Airport. Transportation options include the Below Snowline Transfer Service from the Sebel Pinnacle Valley Resort, which provides direct transfers to and from the hotel. Guests can take a Snow Limo from the city or Melbourne Airport. Microflite offers helicopter transfer options to Mt Buller from Microflite's helipad opposite the Southbank precinct and Crown Casino. V/Line luxury coaches depart Melbourne from Southern Cross Station. The hotel is near the National Alpine Museum of Australia (1 km), the SKI Club of Victoria (1 km), and Bluff Spur Memorial Hut (5 km).
