mixed feelings about this stay.
slow service cramped garage
the breakfast service needs improvement! it took a long time to get served, about 20 minutes. there seemed to be only a few servers handling many tables. i had to leave without breakfast to catch my flight. also, the parking garage was a bit of a hassle, quite dark and cramped.

That was acceptable, I guess.
The AC was locked at 23°. I had to wait until morning to have the room cooled. No one was at reception so I couldn't complain!

The location was excellent. It allowed easy access to key attractions. The staff were friendly. Their eagerness to help made a real difference.
The parking garage was not on the hotel. It was a short distance away. The garage felt dark and cramped. Waiting for another car to move delayed my airport trip.

inadequate ac unit stained bath towel
The air conditioning unit did not function adequately . The room remained too warm for comfortable sleep. I discovered a stain on one of the bath towels , and this indicates a lapse in proper laundering procedures.

central location breakfast variety helpful staff
the location is very convenient, just a short walk to the main square. the included breakfast offered a good variety of options (i especially liked the fresh fruit). the staff were always available and ready to assist with requests.
the parking garage was located a couple of streets away from the hotel.
