The location was central. Friendly and helpful staff provided excellent service, and the canal view room offered a beautiful view of the canal and terrace below.

The safe in our room was not functioning properly though no further action was taken. The bathroom sink was clogged, yet it seemed that the issue was not reported after daily cleaning.

The location was excellent. It was very central to the places I wanted to visit. My room had a river view. It was spacious. The cleanliness of the hotel was quite noticeable. It was super clean.

The bathroom lacked a shower. I found only a bathtub.

The location of the hotel was acceptable, with convenient access to nearby attractions.

I had several issues . The room was quite dark, and I could not find a mirror in the bedroom. This made getting ready difficult. Housekeeping was subpar. I had to request more tea bags. these issues detracted from my experience.
