good stay with wonderful service

hotel upgrade fine view delicious breakfast

anna greeted us at the door and showed us the hotel, then led us to our upgraded room with a sea view! the views from the terrace were fine. I could see the bay and the railway station was a short walk away. our room was cozy and the breakfast was delicious.

The wi-fi was not always reliable. i would have preferred more consistent connectivity throughout my stay. i did get some important work done. However the unstable connection made it a little difficult.

modern appearance clean appearance bay view broken holder unflat bath base unapproachable staff

the hotel had a modern, clean appearance. my room remained cool, this was pleasant despite warm weather. the balcony faced the bay, made sunset cocktails special.

The shower head holder was broken. This was in a room with a car park view. the bath lacked a flat base, therefore showering was uncomfortable. staff at reception seemed unapproachable and not attentive.

mixed feelings about my stay

moldy faucet small bathrobes

The location was close to the train line. That was convenient.

I found some cleanliness issues. there was mold around the sink faucet and on the shower grout. That worried me. the heating in my room didn't work, and the replacement heater smelled like burning dust, made me uncomfortable. the bathrobes were too small too.

fine views lovely staff public network large breakfast

The location was great! The terrace had fine views, and I enjoyed time there. The staff were lovely.

The WiFi did not work in my room. I had to use a public network, this was not ideal as I needed to work. The breakfast felt quite large. There was not a buffet with pastries.
