the staff provided a friendly welcome. the breakfast offered a great variety of choices (especially the pastries). the hotel's location was excellent for exploring local sites, near many restaurants. it allowed easy access to historical areas.

terrace noise unsympathetic staff

the room i was assigned was not ideal. it was located directly beneath the terrace (i stayed for two nights). the noise from chairs scraping and tables moving was disruptive and made sleeping difficult. i found the staff's response to my concerns lacked sympathy.

fantastic escape in historic town

clean room kind staff

i stayed in a double room mountain view for three nights. the super clean room and hotel created a cute atmosphere for exploration. breakfast was generous and served on the terrace offering amazing views. staff were very kind.

the ac unit was opposite the bed, this meant that the airflow was not ideal. some mosquitoes were present in the room due to this.

shower enclosure disappointing view

The shower lacked a proper enclosure water spread all over the bathroom after each use. There were no clear instructions about breakfast timings or checkout procedures upon arrival. The view from my window was disappointing just overlooking rooftops.

i found the hotel had a traditional charm in a historic area. the staff welcomed me warmly, and the entire place seemed very clean. i liked that the location was within the little streets.. it felt authentic. the rooms are well-kept and comfortable.

the wifi signal was a little weak in certain areas of the room.

Really good Service and Fine Views

generous breakfast kind staff super clean room

I found the hotel provided a generous breakfast on the terrace , with a wonderful view of the city. The hotel owners and staff members were very kind and cute. The room and the entire hotel were super clean.

Our room was located slightly uphill on cobblestones , so carrying luggage was a bit challenging.
