scenic views water quality nice garden drink quality poor activities cold chips

the location offers scenic views with no busy streets around. water quality seemed very good. the hotel has a nice garden i liked. the animation program provided entertainment.

i found the quality of drinks at the bars to be not good. most of the activities and the entertainment felt very poor. the snack bar served cold chips and onion rings it was meant to be cooked to order.

lovely view great selection every taste room service

i enjoyed my time at this hotel. the location was great with lovely views. the main restaurant had a good selection of food. they had dishes for every taste and need. the hotel also provided fruits and champagne in the room upon arrival to celebrate my anniversary.

The sea and beach area were disappointing with uncomfortable sun loungers.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They always provided assistance when needed. the reception team at the spa was very hospitable, and they offered tea and lovely chats. ferhat and mehmet from the restaurant staff were always willing to help.

The family room balcony was clean and organized with a comfortable layout. There was enough space for everyone! the bedding and towels were replaced regularly. the room was well kept .

The food was tasty and varied, with dishes like seafood and fish! thematic dinners occurred every two days. They included mexican, italian, turkish, asian, and gala night themes. i liked the fresh honeycomb and fruit available.

clear beach friendly personnel pool game insufficient cleaning hard mattress user-friendly umbrella

The beach was clear and the sea area was fantastic. The personnel was very friendly and hospitable. The animation team was active. They organized pool games. I appreciate the entertainment evening shows with dancing teams.

The room cleaning was insufficient. The bed mattress was hard, I felt it a little uncomfortable! The umbrella design was not very user-friendly.

splendid resort amazing food clean beach fun activities

i extended my stay because everything was great! the hotel resort is splendid. the food was amazing!!! the facilities are great, and the beach is clean. we enjoyed high quality shows. buket and another girl in the kids club were so caring and organized many fun plays and activities every day!
