The staff were attentive and helpful (especially Nikki).

The beach was not well-kept and was dirty. It looked like a dumpster. the bathroom sink looked questionable, and there were ants in the room. The street noise was excessive, as the soundproofing wasn't good.

The staff was attentive and offered advice on day trips. Large family rooms included AC that worked well.

The bathroom sink looked questionable, and ants were in the room. Road noise was excessive because of poor insulation. This did not seem like a 4-star hotel.
