The room was modern, spacious, and clean. the air conditioning worked well! keeping the room cool. the hotel provided free water bottles daily which was a nice touch. the staff were always smiling and ready to help.
i noticed some seaweed on the beach in front of the hotel! though the location was great! it would have been better if the beach was cleaner.

I stayed in a beautifully refurbished room. The beachfront location was AMAZING! It was quiet and only a short walk to the nightlife area. The beach was great, I could walk right into town.
The pool area was too small for the number of guests. It was sometimes hard to find a lounger available.

i stayed one night. the room was clean and the bed proved comfortable. breakfast options were somewhat limited. omelettes were available upon request. the breakfast area faced the beach. the staff assisted with taxis. the location provided convenient access to nearby restaurants.
i found the air conditioning to be ineffective. the room felt quite hot. the condition detracted from overall comfort.

Staff were friendly and caring. The location is perfect for what I needed. I booked the beachfront villa and didn't regret it. The grounds are well looked after and I noticed people constantly sleeping in beach chairs.
Breakfast has limited choice, but it was adequate.

The hotel is near the airport. It gives access to Chaweng Beach on one side. The main strip with bars and restaurants is nearby, but far enough away to avoid excessive noise.

The location offers a convenient walk to the town center.
There was not any hot water in the shower during my entire stay, it was quite a problem. The hotel do not gave enough water in the room. Reception staff instructed to purchase more from the bar when I asked for water, it felt inappropriate.
